基于公益项目的社区慈善调查研究——以X社区“爱心商家联盟”项目为例

Community Charity Based on the Public Welfare Project:The Case of the League of the Charitable Stores in X Community

社区慈善在促进基层社会治理现代化,特别是在关注和回应特殊群体需求方面,发挥着重要作用。课题组运用问卷法和访谈法,对社区慈善的实践形式——X社区“爱心商家联盟”项目进行调查,数据结果显示,该项目取得明显成效:一是社区爱心商家提供多元化个性化服务,较好满足了特殊群体需求;二是社区爱心商家资源日益丰富,赋能成长式社区志愿服务蓬勃发展;三是社区治理充分发挥不同主体优势作用,增强居民之间的人际网络支持。但是,这一实践探索仍然存在一些不足,社区慈善还需不断完善,包括提高社区慈善服务的精准性,推进实施公益营销策略和充实社区慈善的参与力量。

Community charity plays an important role in promoting the modernization of grass-roots social governance,especially in meeting the demand of special groups.By questionnaire and interview,a survey has been made on the League of the Charitable Stores in XL Community.According to the survey,the project has made achievements.It meets the demand of special groups to a large extent.It mobilizes the community charity resources.It supports the establishment of the social governance pattern.However,there are still some deficiencies.The service provided by the charitable stores is not completely matched with the demand of the special groups.The win-win goal of the charitable stores is not achieved.It is necessary to encourage the participation.We should improve the precision of the service to the special groups by community charity,implement the strategy of cause marketing and increase the participation of community charity.
