摘要
通过对国内外一流科技期刊学术质量的调查研究,探讨科技期刊编辑如何增强把关科技期刊学术质量的能力,从而提升科技期刊的学术质量和学术引领能力。构建了科技期刊编辑把关学术质量的清单;提出了科技期刊编辑把关学术质量的两种新能力:科技期刊编辑的信息素质和科技期刊编辑的批判性思维。
Based on the investigation and research on the academic quality of the first-class sci-tech periodicals at home and abroad,this paper discusses how the editors of sci-tech periodicals develop the ability of keeping a close watch on the academic quality of scitech periodicals,so as to improve the academic quality and academic leading ability of sci-tech periodicals.This paper compiles the list of the academic quality control for sci-tech journal editors,and recognizes two new abilities of the sci-tech journal editors for controlling the academic quality:the information quality of the sci-tech journal editors and the critical thinking of the sci-tech journal editors.
