摘要
地方应用型高校音乐学专业课程主要存在缺少价值引领、缺少实践平台、教学模式传统单一、学生创新能力稍显薄弱和信息技术融合不足等问题。文章以“合唱于指挥”课程为例,实施了一系列创新改革实践,包括遵循“合敬风雅、行知合一、教学相长”的教学理念,按照“认证要求+校情学情”设计教学目标,根据“价值引领+能力导向”重构教学内容,构建“学听练演赛”五位一体融合的教学模式,实施“寓教于舞台”重实践及服务社会的体验式教学方法,打造线上线下、校内校外不同的学习场景,构建注重目标达成的多元考核评价体系。多管齐下的创新改革使得教学效果不断提升,人才培养质量不断提高。
The major courses of musicology in local application-oriented universities mainly have such problems as the lack of value guidance,the lack of practice platform,single traditional teaching mode,weak innovation ability of students and insufficient integration of information technology.Taking the course of"chorus in command"as an example,this paper has implemented a series of innovative reform practices,including following the teaching concept of"respecting elegance,combining practice and knowledge,and teaching benefits teachers as well as students",designing the teaching objectives according to"certification requirements and school conditions and learning conditions",reconstructing the teaching content according to"value guidance and ability guidance",and using the teaching mode of"learning,listening,practice and competition"which integrates five in one.It adopted the experiential teaching method of"teaching on the stage"and focused on practice and serving the society.It creates different learning scenes online and offline,on and off the campus,and builds a diversified assessment and evaluation system that focuses on goal attaining.The multiple pronged innovation and reform has constantly improved the teaching effect and the quality of talent training.
