摘要
针对列车可编程逻辑控制单元产品应用现场采用CAN总线,从CAN通讯原理与产品通讯总线架构角度分析了CAN总线通讯质量问题的产生原因,总结了可能出现的通讯质量问题。通过通讯成功率评估、采样点测试、负载率测试、通讯质量评分等系列方法,形成一套针对现场CAN总线通讯质量的评估方法。通过设计CAN通讯协议符合性智能评估软件,对CAN通讯数据是否符合CAN通讯协议要求进行智能分析。最后结合产品运用现场数据,对LCU CAN总线通讯质量进行了评估。
Aiming at the situation that the CAN bus is used in the application field of train programmable logic control unit products,this paper analyzes the causes of CAN bus communication quality problems from the perspective of CAN communication principle and product communication bus architecture,and summarizes the possible communication quality problems.Through a series of methods such as communication success rate evaluation,sampling point test,load rate test and communication quality score,a set of evaluation methods for the communication quality of on-site CAN bus are formed.By designing the intelligent evaluation software of CAN communication protocol compliance,an intelligent analysis on whether the CAN communication data meets the requirements of CAN communication protocol is conducted.Finally,on the basis of the field data of the product,the communication quality of LCU CAN bus is evaluated.
