血府逐瘀汤联合双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗酒精性肝硬化的疗效研究

Study on the efficacy of the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction plus bifidobacterium triple live bacteria on alcoholic cirrhosis

目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤联合双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗酒精性肝硬化的疗效。方法:将2016年1月-2020年12月收治的60例酒精性肝硬化患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。两组研究对象性别、年龄、病程等一般资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有良好的可比性。两组患者均接受戒酒、保肝褪黄、对症治疗等基础治疗。对照组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合血府逐瘀汤治疗。两组患者均连续治疗4周,比较不同治疗方法的效果。结果:4周后,两组患者肝纤维化指标、肝功能指标及中医证候积分均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且以上指标在观察组中改善程度较对照组更为显著(P<0.05);治疗期间观察组消化道出血、肝肾综合征等不良事件总发生数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。所有出现不良事件患者均得到及时有效处理。结论:研究以疏肝解郁、活血化瘀为主,血府逐瘀汤联合双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗酒精性肝硬化有助于提高疗效,改善肝功能,降低不良事件发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction(血府逐瘀汤)plus Bifidobacterium triple live bacteria on alcoholic cirrhosis.Methods:The 60 patients with alcoholic cirrhosis admitted from January 2016 to December 2020 were divided into the observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.There were no significant differences in general data such as sex,age,and disease course between the two groups(P>0.05),with comparable.Both groups of patients received basic treatment such as alcohol abstinence,protecting the liver and fading yellow,and symptomatic treatment.The control group was treated with Bifidobacterium triple live bacteria,and the observation group was treated with the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction more.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks and the effects of different treatments were compared.Results:After 4 weeks,the liver fibrosis indexes,liver function indexes and TCM syndrome scores in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of these indicators was more significant in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05),and the total occurrence of adverse events such as gastrointestinal bleeding and hepatorenal syndrome in the observation group during treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).All patients with adverse events were treated promptly and effectively.Conclusion:The research is mainly based on liver thinning and depressant,blood circulation and stasis,and the treatment of alcoholic cirrhosis with the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction plus Bifidobacterium triple live bacteria can improve the curative effect,improve liver function,and reduce the incidence of adverse events,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
