陕西宝鸡陈仓区西高泉春秋早期墓葬发掘简报

Preliminary report on the excavation of the early Spring and Autumn period tombs at Xigaoquan,Chencang District,Baoji City,Shaanxi Province

1981年,中国社会科学院考古研究所在陕西宝鸡西高泉村发掘春秋早期墓葬18座,均为长方形土坑竖穴小墓。墓向以东西向居多,墓主以屈肢葬为主,多有葬具一椁一棺,并多见头箱,未见腰坑、殉人。出土铜器、陶器和玉器等文物,随葬品以陶器为主,有仿陶礼器、日常陶器两类。通过墓葬形制和随葬品特征,可看出这批墓葬为典型的秦人墓葬,为了解秦人进入关中之初的文化特征,研究秦文化的发展情况提供了重要资料。

In 1981,the Institute of Archaeology of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences excavated 18 early Spring and Autumn period tombs in Xigaoquan Village,Baoji City,Shaanxi.These tombs were small rectangular earthen pits with vertical shafts.Most of the tombs were oriented east-west.The owners were mostly placed in the flexed position.Many tombs contained one inner coffin and one outer coffin.Headrests were also commonly found,but there were no waist pits or human sacrifices.Artefacts unearthed from the tombs included bronze objects,pottery,and jade items.Among the burial goods,pottery was predominant,with two main types:imitated ceremonial pottery and daily use pottery.Based on the tomb structures and burial goods,it is evident that these tombs represent typical Qin burials.The early Qin tombs at Xigaoquan provide important information for understanding the cultural characteristics of the early Qin people's entry into the Guanzhong area and studying the development of the Qin culture.
