管理者能力对中小企业国际化的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Manager Capability on the Internationalization of Small and Medium Enterprises

基于管理者异质性视角,本文以我国A股中小板和创业板上市公司为研究对象,实证考察管理者能力对中小企业国际化的影响。结果表明,管理者能力显著抑制中小企业国际化。进一步研究发现,管理者能力通过降低中小企业战略风险承担来抑制企业国际化;政府干预可以削弱管理者能力对中小企业国际化的抑制作用。异质性分析发现,管理者能力对中小企业国际化的抑制作用在不同产权性质的企业中存在显著差异。

Based on the perspective of manager heterogeneity,this article empirically examines the impact of manager competence on the internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises in China's A-share small and medium-sized board and ChiNext listed companies.The results indicate that the ability of managers significantly inhibits the internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises.Further research has found that managers'ability suppresses the internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises by reducing their strategic risk taking;Government intervention can weaken the inhibitory effect of managers'ability on the internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises.Heterogeneity analysis found that the inhibitory effect of manager ability on the internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises varies significantly among enterprises with different property rights.
