摘要
近年来我国中小学校外教育培训发展迅猛,课外辅导在满足学生教育多元化发展需求的同时也加剧了中小学生的课业负担,破坏了良好的教育生态。本研究采用质性研究方法收集访谈资料,从综合视角全面分析和诠释家庭对于校外教育培训的需求以及与不同教育参与主体的互动机制,揭示校外教育培训需求的特征与本质,探索不同主体通力协作的校外教育培训治理路径。研究发现为规范和治理校外教育培训、促进校内外多主体协同育人提供新的决策参考与实践路径。
In recent years,there has been rapid development of extra-school education training for primary and secondary school students.Though these extra-school curricula could cater to the diverse developmental demands of students,they have inadvertently contributed to an increasing study burden and have disrupted the sound educational ecosystem.The present study utilized qualitative research methods to collect interview data,analyzed and interpreted families’demands for extra-school education as well as the interaction mechanisms of different education subjects from a comprehensive perspective.Additionally,it revealed the characteristics and nature of education demands and explored the path of how different education subjects could work collectively.The ultimate goal is to offer novel insights and practical strategies for the standardization and regulation of extra-school training programs.Simultaneously,it is also a primary purpose to foster cooperation among diverse education subjects within and around the school.
