摘要
轻量化设计已广泛应用于制造等领域,它所涉及的结构与材料优化为工业制造带来了很大的突破,产品轻量化使得设计师遇到的种种困难被逐步攻克。研究使用了Inspire软件进行有限元分析、拓扑优化、运动分析等,针对快速的自动几何重构方法中常会出现的一些问题,提出满足优化条件的解决方法。以一种小型无人机结构部件为例,根据给定载荷、约束条件和性能要求,采用手动几何重构,在给定的设计空间内对材料分布满足可制造性和产品工艺性选择最优方案[1],从而有效的减少研发时间、物料消耗和减轻产品重量,具有一定的借鉴与推广价值。
Lightweight design has been widely used in manufacturing and other fields,the structure and material optimization involved in which has brought a great breakthrough for industrial manufacturing,and various difficulties designers encounter are gradually overcome.In this study,Inspire software is used for finite element analysis,topology optimization,motion analysis,etc.Aiming at some problems that often occur in fast automatic geometry reconstruction methods,solutions that meet the optimization conditions are proposed.Taking a small unmanned aircraft structure parts for example,this paper uses manual geometry reconstruction to choose the optimal solution for the material distribution meeting manufacturability and product processibility in a given design space according to a given load,constraint condition and performance requirements,and thus effectively reduces development time,material consumption and the product weight,which has a certain reference and promotion value.
