低碳、低能耗工艺处理钢渣堆场碱性渗水的工程应用

摘要 设计目标为马鞍山某新型材料公司钢渣堆场渗出的碱性废水,对标钢铁工业水污染物排放标准(GB13456-2012)发现该废水氨氮、COD值、pH值超标,针对该废水的水质特点设计了一套地埋式一体化污水处理设备,并结合了物联网控制系统,对废水进行了处理。第三方检测结果表明,出水水质达到了钢铁工业废水排放标准,而且处理效率高、能耗低、设备占地小、全自动运行稳定,为此类废水处理提供了一套低碳、低能耗的解决方案。 The design objective of this paper is the alkaline wastewater seeping from the steel slag yard of a new material company in Ma′anshan.It is found that the ammonia nitrogen,COD value and pH value of the wastewater exceed the standard of the steel industry water pollutant discharge standard(GB13456-2012).In this paper,a set of buried integrated wastewater treatment equipment is designed according to the water quality characteristics of the wastewater,and combined with the Internet of Things control system,the wastewater is treated.The third-party test results show that the effluent quality meets the wastewater discharge standard of steel industry,and the treatment efficiency is high,energy consumption is low,equipment occupies a small area,and automatic operation is stable,providing a set of low-carbon and low energy consumption solutions for such wastewater treatment.
