摘要
本文主要通过对整流二极管及其并联的RC吸收电路的工作原理进行分析,发现整流二级管并联的RC电路与其引起的滤波效果具有强相关性。文章结合实际案例进行分析,阐述了RC吸收电路阻容参数选取的方法,并证明了根据二极管特性需求进行合理的调整滤波元器件参数,可避免因二极管导通或关断时产生的尖峰电流和极快的电流变化率而引起电磁辐射的出现,有利于解决产品开发过程中的电磁兼容问题。本文阐述的RC吸收电路阻容参数选取的方法,有利于解决产品开发过程中的电磁兼容问题,对产品设计有着指导性的意义。
This paper mainly analyzes the working principle of rectifier diode and its parallel RC absorption circuit to find that the parallel RC circuit of rectifier diode has a strong correlation with the filtering effect.The paper combines practical examples to expound the method of selecting resistance-capacitance parameters for RC absorption circuits,and proves that reasonable adjustments of filter component parameters based on the characteristic requirements of diodes can avoid the occurrence of electromagnetic radiation caused by the peak current and extremely fast rate-ofchange of current when the diode is conducted or turned off.This is beneficial to solve the problems of electromagnetic compatibility during the process of product.The method of selecting resistance-capacitance parameters for RC absorption circuits elaborated in this article is beneficial to solve electromagnetic compatibility problem in the product development process and has guiding significance for product design.
