安保志愿者是大型活动安保的重要力量之一,为我国大型活动安全顺利举办作出了突出贡献。安保志愿服务活动的顺利开展和持续发展,需要多方面的共同努力。政府层面,应不断完善志愿服务立法,大力推动志愿服务培训工作,探索建立多元激励机制;社会层面,应营造良好志愿服务文化生态,大力弘扬志愿精神,创建安保志愿服务特色品牌;志愿服务组织层面,应健全志愿服务组织内部运行管理制度,做好大型活动安保志愿者管理工作;个人层面,应提高思想认识,提升自身志愿服务能力。
