摘要
后疫情时期,心理弹性作为个体在压力事件中适应良好的过程,是高职学生对抗疫情后产物的一种重要心理能力。部分高职学生出现不同程度的心理应激反应,家庭教育的情感功能不能发挥作用。基于此,通过网络平台,建立后疫情时期高职学生心理健康状况教育机制;激发与培养高职学生心理弹性所涵盖的积极个性品质;强化高职学生积极情绪,使他们获得更高层次的价值实现感及主观幸福感;发挥高职学生重要外部力量的作用,提供更多维度的社会支持等方面提出后疫情时期高职学生心理弹性的教育对策。
In the post epidemic period,mental elasticity,as a good process for individuals to adapt to stressful events,is an important psychological ability for vocational students to fight against the post epidemic products.Some students have different degrees of psychological stress reactions,and the emotional function of family education fails to play a role.Based on this,through the network platform,it establishes mental health education mechanism for vocational college students in the post epidemic period;stimulates and cultivates the positive personality qualities of vocational college students'mental elasticity;strengthens the positive emotions of vocational college students,so that they can obtain a higher level of sense of value realization and subjective well-being;gives full play to the role of the important external forces of higher vocational students,and provides more social support.
