Research on the Construction of the Spatial Information Integrated Platform for Land Planning in Nansha District of Guangzhou City

针对广州市南沙区自然资源工作实际需求,利用GIS、大数据、移动互联等先进技术手段,通过整合国土、规划、海洋、林业、不动产等各部门规划与现状数据,形成国土规划“一张图”数据库,建成南沙区国土规划空间信息一体化平台,助推多规融合、土地利用、规划建设、产权登记、执法监察、城市更新、档案管理等工作的信息化转型,提升国土规划的管理效率和服务水平。

In accordance with actual needs of the natural resources work in Nansha district of Guangzhou city,advanced technologies such as GIS,big data,mobile Internet,etc.,are applied to integrate the planning and status data from land,planning,ocean,forestry and real estate department.A “one map” database for land planning is formed to build the spatial information integrated platform of land planning of Nansha district.It helps promote the informatization transformation of multi-plan integration,land use,planning and construction,property rights registration,law enforcement and supervision,urban renewal and archives management,improving the management efficiency and service level of land planning.
