东莞市自然资源政务信息融合一体化业务系统建设技术研究

Research on Construction Technology of Integrated Business System of Natural Resources and Government Affairs Information Fusion in Dongguan

为保障国土资源空间信息数据完整、高效利用^([1]),本文结合测绘、云计算等新技术,分析研究以国土“一张图”系统为基础,建设能够支撑国土空间规划、用途管制、环境修复、发证登记等国土资源管理任务的东莞市自然资源政务信息融合一体化业务系统,为促进生态文明建设提供坚实的信息技术支撑,大幅提高自然资源管理决策的精准性和科学性。

In order to ensure the complete and efficient use of land and resources spatial information data~([1]),this paper combined with surveying and mapping,cloud computing and other new technologies,analyzed and studied the construction of Dongguan city's natural resources and government information integration business system based on the "one map" system of land and resources,which can support land and resources management tasks such as territorial and spatial planning,use control,environmental restoration and certification registration.It will provide solid information technology support for promoting the construction of ecological civilization,and greatly improve the accuracy and scientificity of natural resource management decisions.
