地理国情监测与国土三调成果数据融合研究

Research on Data Fusion of Geographical Conditions Monitoring and the Third National Land Survey Results

随着我国自然资源统一调查监测体系建设的不断推进,作为我国土地覆盖数据调查中的两项重要工作,地理国情监测与国土三调将扮演越来越重要的角色,同时二者的融合具有重要的应用价值。针对地理国情监测与国土三调间的成果数据融合问题,本文首先结合地理国情监测数据的自然属性与国土三调数据的管理属性,对二者存在的共同性与差异性进行分析,全面研究与分析了地理国情监测与国土三调成果数据融合的技术流程;其次通过实现地理国情监测与国土三调的数据融合解决二者间的差异;最后对数据融合中存在的分类及采集规则进行了优化。

With the continuous advancement of the construction of a unified survey and monitoring system of natural resources in China,as two important tasks in China's land cover data survey,geographical conditions monitoring and the third national land survey will play an increasingly important role.At the same time,the integration of the two will have important application value.Aiming at the problem of result data fusion between geographical conditions monitoring and the third national land survey,firstly,combined with the natural attribute of geographical conditions monitoring data and the management attribute of the third national land survey data,this paper analyzes the commonality and difference between them,and comprehensively studies and analyzes the technical process of result data fusion between geographical conditions monitoring and the third national land survey;Secondly,the differences between the two are solved by realizing the data fusion of geographical conditions monitoring and the third national land survey;Finally,the classification and acquisition rules in data fusion are optimized.
