在公开地图使用过程中,一些机构和个人对于国家版图的重视不够,人们甚至从互联网随意下载地图,从而出现了一些“问题地图”。本文阐述了如何规范使用地图,并指出了地图编制过程中易出现的错误,以便于引导人们规范使用经审核批准的地图,同时提出进一步加强国家版图意识宣教工作及完善公益地图格式与色彩等相关建议,以减少“问题地图”的出现。提出应实时或动态更新名单的意见,以解决可在公开地图上表示的地物的现势性问题。对地图编制易错点进行深入浅出的分析,有利于公开地图的规范化使用,减少“问题地图”,并能够为从事地图制图与审核工作的相关人员提供有益参考。

In the process of using public maps,some institutions and individuals do not pay enough attention to the national territory.People even download maps from the Internet at will,resulting in some "problem maps".This paper expounds how to standardize the use of maps,and points out the mistakes that are easy to occur in the process of map compilation,so as to guide people to standardize the use of approved maps.At the same time,it puts forward some suggestions on further strengthening the publicity and education of national territory awareness and improving the format and color of public welfare maps,so as to reduce the occurrence of "problem maps".It is suggested that the list should be updated in real time or dynamically to solve the problem of the current situation of the features that can be represented on the public map.Through the analysis of easy mistakes in map compilation,it is conducive to the standardized use of open maps,reduce "problem maps",and provide useful references for relevant personnel engaged in map mapping and review.
