保险科技推动智慧农险体系构建的路径研究

Research on the Path of Insurance Technology Promoting the Construction of Intelligent Agricultural Insurance System

2020年我国已成为世界上农业保险规模最大的国家,规模达965.18亿元。然而,即便我国农业保险规模已达近千亿级,但产品在设计、定价、承保理赔等环节粗放发展问题仍较为突出,难以满足现代农业对风险保障的需求。基于此,本文深度融合保险科技与农业保险经营特点,分析保险科技在农业保险中的应用及价值,认为可以以科技促进智慧农险生态圈形成,通过科技促进智慧农业保险产品体系优化,突破底层技术,加强保险科技的落地应用,构建智慧农险体系。

In 2020,China has become the largest agricultural insurance country in the world,with a scale of 96.518 billion yuan.However,even though the scale of agricultural insurance in China has reached nearly 100 billion,the extensive development of products in design,pricing,underwriting and claims settlement is still outstanding,which is difficult to meet the needs of modern agriculture for risk protection.Based on this,this paper deeply integrates the characteristics of insurance technology and agricultural insurance management,analyzes the application and value of insurance technology in agricultural insurance,and holds that science and technology can promote the formation of smart agricultural insurance ecosystem,promote the optimization of smart agricultural insurance product system through science and technology,break through the underlying technology,strengthen the application of insurance technology,and build a smart agricultural insurance system.
