我国冰雪产业上市公司经营效率成长性评价研究——基于DEA-Tobit回归模型

Research on Evaluation of the Business Efficiency and Growth of Listed Companies in China's Ice and Snow Industry——Based on the DEA-Tobit Regression Model

本文运用DEA-Tobit回归模型对我国13家冰雪产业上市公司经营效率水平进行测评并提出科学合理、行之有效的经营效率改善对策。实证结果表明:⑴我国冰雪产业经营效率水平不高,在投入节约能力方面还有很大提升的空间;⑵目前国内大多数冰雪产业上市公司发展节奏放缓;⑶科技产品创新转换能力、股东权益报酬率、品牌知名度以及企业文化建设对冰雪产业上市公司经营效率有着显著性正相关的影响,融资能力也会相对影响冰雪产业上市公司经营效率,并以此提出相应对策。

In this paper,the deA-Tobit regression model is used to evaluate the operating efficiency level of 13 listed companies in China's ice and snow industry and put forward scientific and reasonable and effective measures to improve operating efficiency.The empirical results show that:1.The operating efficiency of China's ice and snow industry is not high,and there is still a lot of room for improvement in the capacity of investment saving;2.At present,the development of most domestic listed companies in the ice and snow industry is stagnant or even backward;3.Technological product innovation and conversion ability,return on shareholders'equity,brand awareness and corporate culture construction have a significant positive correlation with the operating efficiency of listed companies in the ice and snow industry.Financing ability also has a relative impact on the operating efficiency of listed companies in the ice and snow industry.
