摘要
为研究永磁同步电机(PMSM)中低频谐波电流对电磁噪声的影响,通过ANSYS Maxwell电磁仿真软件,计算正弦波电流源及含五次和七次低频谐波电流源产生的电磁力,同时分析定子组件各阶模态;利用LMS Virtual Lab声学仿真软件分析对比正弦波电流源及含五次和七次低频谐波电流源2种激励下电机产生的电磁噪声。仿真结果表明,五次和七次低频谐波电流的加入增大了电机4倍和6倍电流基波频率处的电磁噪声。
In order to study the effect of low frequency harmonic current on electromagnetic noise of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),this paper calculates the electromagnetic force generated by sine wave current source and current source containing 5th and 7th low frequency harmonics through ANSYS Maxwell electromagnetic simulation software and analyzes each order mode of stator components.LMS Virtual Lab acoustic simulation software was used to analyze and compare the electromagnetic noise generated by the motor under the excitation of sinusoidal current source and current source with 5th and 7th low frequency harmonics.The simulation results show that addition of the 5th and 7th low frequency harmonic currents increases the electromagnetic noise at 4 and 6 times the current fundamental frequency of the motor.
