西藏山南地区藏族人群血清同型半胱氨酸和瘦素水平 被引量:1

Serum levels of homocysteine and leptin in Tibet Tibetans at Shannan area

摘要 目的研究西藏山南地区藏族人群血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)和瘦素(leptin)水平。方方法本研究以2018年2月至2021年1月在西藏山南地区进行常规体检的藏族人群880例作为研究对象,分别采用化学发光法对不同年龄、不同性别、不同季节受试者的HCY、leptin水平进行比较,研究西藏山南地区藏族的血清HCY、leptin水平分布。结果随着年龄的升高,其血清HCY、leptin水平显著升高;男性组的血清HCY、leptin水平显著高于女性组(P<0.05);季节对血清HCY、leptin水平影响无统计学意义(P>0.05),西藏山南地区藏族的男性血清HCY、leptin水平的上限分别为22.18μmol/L、7.85μg/L;女性血清HCY、leptin水平的上限分别为18.01μmol/L、7.01μg/L。结论西藏山南地区藏族人群血清HCY、leptin水平显著升高,未来关于对高危人群的健康教育方面,建议针对居民的危险因素展开健康教育。 Objective To investigate the serum level of homocysteine(HCY)and leptin in Tibetans at Shannan area of Tibet.Methods A total of 880 Tibetan individuals who underwent routine physical examination from February 2018 to January 2021 in Shannan area of Tibet were enrolled as study subjects.Chemiluminescence method was used to compare the HCY and leptin levels among different age groups,genders,and seasons,and to study the distribution of serum HCY and leptin levels in Tibetans at Shannan area.Results With increasing age,the serum level of HCY and leptin significantly increased.The serum level of HCY and leptin in males was significantly higher than that in females(P<0.05).Season had no significant effect on serum HCY and leptin levels(P>0.05).The upper limits of serum HCY and leptin levels from males were 22.18μmol/L and 7.85μg/L respectively,while those for females were 18.01μmol/L and 7.01μg/L respectively.Conclusions The serum levels of HCY and leptin are significantly elevated in Tibetans at Shannan area.The risk factors found in local residents at Shannan area should be targeted in health education of local people.
