不同外给电子体在Spherizone聚丙烯装置的应用

摘要 通过将外给电子体Donor-C和Donor-D在Spherizone工艺技术聚丙烯装置上的应用,考察了不同的外给电子体对聚合反应及产品性能的影响,结果表明在生产均聚牌号时Donor-D作为助催化剂的使用,主催化剂活性平均提高了25%~30%、产品的弯曲模量提高20%~30%、拉伸屈服应力提高10%,改善产品刚性性能,可有效拓宽产品应用范围和领域。 Through the application of Donor-C and Donor-D in Spherizone polypropylene plant,the effects of different external electron donors on polymerization and product performance were investigated.The results show that when donor-D is used as a co-catalyst in the production of homopolymerization,the activity of the main catalyst is increased by 25%~30%on average,the bending modulus of the product is increased by 20%~30%,the tensile yield stress is increased by 10%,and the rigidity of the product is improved,which can effectively expand the application range and field of the product.
