摘要
此研究重点针对传统炼化行业生产运行过程产生的污水处理工艺,着重分析了传统污水处理厂存在问题,同时在现有传统污水处理厂工艺流程基础上重点针对二沉池出水水质进行研究分析与此同时还介绍了二沉池出水回收利用的工业应用实例。经过大量的时间研究,并且对这些实际案例进行探讨,了解到二沉池出水在经过处理回收利用之后,其整体的效果相对较好,能够很好的满足作为石油化工行业循环水厂补水回用的各项需求指标,而且在使用的过程当中二沉池出水回收利用的经济效益比较明显,节能和环保的效益也非常的显著。
This study focuses on the wastewater treatment process generated during the production and operation of the traditional refining and chemical industry,analyzes the problems in the traditional wastewater treatment plant,conducts the study and analysis of the effluent quality of the secondary sedimentation tank on the basis of the existing traditional wastewater treatment plant process,and introduces the industrial application examples of the effluent recycling of the secondary sedimentation tank.After a lot of research and discussion of these practical cases,it is understood that after the treatment and recycling of the effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank,its overall effect is relatively good,and can well meet the various demand indicators for water refill and recycling as a recycling water plant in the petrochemical industry.In addition,it is significant on the economic benefits of theeffluent recycling from the secondary sedimentation tank and the benefits of energy saving and environmental protection.
