黏胶长丝多层丝饼压洗均匀性及其影响因素仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了探究黏胶长丝多层丝饼压洗过程中的洗涤均匀性及其影响因素,以黏胶长丝丝饼为研究对象、水为流体介质,以M155型丝饼压洗车为例,采用流体动力学仿真方法建立丝饼压洗模型,对多层分布式丝饼压洗过程中的透液量进行模拟研究,重点研究了长丝线密度、丝饼内径和凸台孔径对多层分布式丝饼压洗均匀性的影响。结果表明:在丝饼压洗过程中,各层丝饼的透液量随压洗层数的增加呈单调递减的变化趋势;丝饼的压洗均匀性随线密度的增大而提高,随丝饼内径和凸台孔径的增大而降低;凸台孔径是影响多层丝饼压洗均匀性的主要因素,其次是丝饼内径和长丝线密度,当长丝线密度为133 dtex、丝饼内径为128 mm、凸台孔径为36 mm时,丝饼的出口流量标准偏差系数最小,为4.62%,多层丝饼的压洗均匀性好。 In order to explore the washing uniformity and influential factors in the press washing process of viscose filament multi-layer yarn packages,taking viscose filament yarn packages as the research object,water as the fluid medium,M155 yarn package press washing machine as an example,the press washing model for yarn packages was established by hydrodynamics simulation method.And the simulation research was carried out on the liquid permeability of the multi-layer distributed yarn packages during press washing process.The effects of filament linear density,yarn package inner diameter and boss aperture on the press washing uniformity of multi-layer distributed yarn packages were emphatically studied.The results showed that during the process of yarn package press washing,the liquid permeability of each layer of yarn packages showed a decreasing trend with the increase of the number of yarn package layers;the press washing uniformity of yarn packages increased with the increase of linear density and decreased with the increase of the inner diameter of yarn packages and the boss aperture;the boss aperture was the main factor affecting the press washing uniformity of multi-layer yarn packages,followed by the inner diameter of yarn packages and the linear density of filaments;and the standard deviation coefficient of the outlet flow of yarn packages was minimized as 4.62%and the press washing uniformity of multi-layer yarn packages was good when the linear density of filaments was 133 dtex,the inner diameter of yarn packages was 128 mm,and the boss aperture was 36 mm.
