摘要
从人类第一次获取到人造光开始就没有停止过对光的追求。随着技术的进步,从日常照明到电子设备的使用,人们对以LED为首的人造光源的需求越来越高,但是与此同时,过量的光尤其是其中的蓝光对视网膜造成的伤害不容忽视。年龄相关性黄斑变性是一种多因素诱导的疾病,随着年龄的增长发病率不断提高,目前其具体发病机制仍未完全清楚。本文就人造光源在年龄相关性黄斑变性发生发展中的作用进行综述,讨论了人造光源的发展、AMD的发生发展和人造光源引起视网膜细胞损伤的分子机制。
The pursuit of light has never ceased since humans first acquired artificial light.With the advancement of technology,from daily lighting to the use of electronic devices,there is an increasing demand for artificial light sources,with LED leading the way.However,at the same time,the potential harm caused by excessive light,especially blue light,to the retina cannot be ignored.Age-related macular degeneration(AMD)is a multifactorial disease,and its incidence increases with age.Currently,the specific mechanisms of its occurrence are still not fully understood.This paper reviews the role of artificial light sources in the occurrence and development of AMD,and discusses the development of artificial light,the occurrence and development of AMD,and the molecular mechanism of retinal cell damage caused by artificial light sources.
