面向LED汽车前照灯的热管数值模拟与实验研究

摘要 为提高LED汽车前照灯的散热性能,设计了一种面向LED汽车前照灯的热管散热系统。采用数值模拟和实验研究相结合的方法综合分析和优化该热管理系统的传热性能。结果表明:LED汽车前照灯在结合了热管技术后,LED灯芯处的结温度能够降低20~30℃。该散热系统的散热效率得到了明显提高,且结构紧凑,其在空间有限的情况下也能有良好的散热,为热管技术在汽车LED大灯上的应用提供了参考。 To improve the heat dissipation performance of LED car headlights,a heat pipe heat dissipation system for LED car headlights was designed.A combination of numerical simulation and experimental research is used to comprehensively analyze and optimize the heat transfer performance of the thermal management system.The results show that the junction temperature at the LED lamp core can be reduced by 20℃to 30℃when LED car headlights are combined with heat pipe technology.The heat dissipation efficiency of this heat dissipation system has been significantly improved,and its structure is compact.It can also have good heat dissipation even in limited space,providing a reference for the application of heat pipe technology in automotive LED headlights.
