整车状态下的近光明暗截止线照准方法研究

摘要 作为汽车照明中最常用和最重要的功能,前照灯近光既要在指定区域产生足够的照明,同时又要避免对对向的驾驶员产生眩目问题,因此明暗截止线位置的照准及调整对于前照灯近光的光学性能有着至关重要的影响。本文对整车状态下明暗截止线照准的方法进行了研究,通过试验验证分析对比了目视照准法与仪器照准法两种方法的一致性与准确性,同时对整车状态下明暗截止线照准的影响因素进行了分析及验证,为整车状态下汽车近光光学性能的精确测试及客观评价提供支撑。 As the most commonly used and important function in automotive lighting,low beam headlights should not only generate enough illumination in the designated area,but also avoid the problem of dazzling the oncoming driver.Therefore,the cut-off line position alignment and adjustment have a crucial impact on the optical performance of the low beam headlights.In this paper,the method of illumination of cut-off line under vehicle condition is studied,and the consistency and accuracy of visual illumination method and instrument illumination method are analyzed and compared through experimental verification.At the same time,the influencing factors of illumination of cut-off line under vehicle condition are analyzed and verified experimentally,which provides support for accurate testing and objective evaluation of near-light optical performance of vehicle under vehicle condition.
