注意力分配对制造企业数字化转型的影响——基于fsQCA和NCA方法的研究

The Impact of Attention Allocation on Digital Transformation of Manufacturing Enterprises——Research Based on fsQCA and NCA Methods

本文以43家制造企业为研究对象,结合fsQCA和NCA两种方法研究注意力分配对制造企业数字化转型的影响,对比不同环境动态性下注意力分配存在的差异性。研究发现:(1)单个维度并不是产生高水平数字化转型中注意力分配的必要维度;(2)全样本下产生高水平数字化转型存在两种组态,其中技术创新水平和企业规模均为核心条件,表明技术创新和企业规模在数字化转型中发挥着较为普适的作用;(3)高环境动态性下存在一种组态,为“穷则思变”型,此时制造企业发挥环境所带来的鲶鱼效应,倒逼开展反应性数字化转型;低环境动态性下存在4种组态,归纳为“居安思危”型和“安于现状”型,此时制造企业主动变革,寻求前瞻性数字化转型。研究结论为推动我国制造企业数字化转型提供新洞见和有益启示。

With 43 manufacturing enterprises as the research object,this paper combined fsQCA and NCA methods to study the influence of attention allocation on the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises,and compared the differences of atten⁃tion allocation under different environmental dynamics.It is found that,(1)A single dimension is not necessary to generate atten⁃tion allocation in high-level digital transformation.(2)There are two configurations to generate high-level digital transformation under the full sample,among which technological innovation level and enterprise scale are both core conditions,indicating that technological innovation and enterprise scale play a relatively universal role in digital transformation.(3)Under high environmental dynamics,there exists a configuration of“hardship makes change possible”,in which manufacturers give full play to the catfish effect brought by the environment and force reactive digital transformation.Under low environmental dynamics,there exist four con⁃figuration,which are respectively“worry about danger in times of peace”and“content with the status quo”,in which manufac⁃turers take the initiative to change and seek forward-looking digital transformation.
