某医院心内科门诊2020-2022年中成药使用情况分析

Usage of Chinese Patent Drugs in the Department of Cardiology of a Hospital in 2020-2022

目的分析某医院心内科门诊中成药使用情况,为合理用药提供依据。方法从HIS系统提取心内科门诊2020年1月-2022年12月药品数据,统计分析中成药用药人次、数量、金额、用药频度、日均费用等数据。结果2020年1月-2022年12月中成药使用品种由40种增加至55种,使用人次占比由60.96%降至48.66%,金额占比由66.5%降至54.84%;2022年处方金额前12的药品日均费用平均为10.61元;处方存在重复用药现象。结论该院心内科口服中成药使用呈降低趋势,患者日均费用不高,需加强中成药合理使用培训。

Objective To analyze the usage of Chinese patent drugs in the cardiology department of a hospital to provide data for rational drug use.Methods Data on Chinese patent medicine prescribed by the cardiology department in the HIS system between 2020 and 2022 was retrieved before the number of patients,amount,consumption sum,defined daily doses,and defined daily cost of Chinese patent medicine were statistically analyzed.Results The variety of Chinese patent medicine increased from 40 to 55 between 2020 and 2022 while the percentage of people who used these drugs decreased from 60.96%to 48.66%,and the proportion of the consumption sum decreased from 66.5%to 54.84%.The average defined daily cost of the top 12 prescribed drugs in 2022 was 10.61 yuan.Some prescriptions involved multiple-dosage regimens.Conclusion The usage of Chinese patent drugs in this cardiology department trended down.The daily average cost for patients was not high.Training on the rational use of Chinese patent drugs has to be improved.
