摘要 总结并讨论了核电非能动余热排出系统中空冷器的设计方法。分析表明,铝翅片比钢翅片的传热性能更高,经济性更好,设计时应当优先考虑。但核级空冷器在高温条件下运行较为普遍且自然循环驱动力更大,因此在铝翅片不适用的情况下,采用翅片效率较低但许用温度更高的钢翅片也能满足设计要求,并且迎面风速同样能控制在1m/s以上。此外,为了准确掌握空冷器在余热载出过程中随堆芯衰变热变化而呈现出的不同传热和阻力特性,有必要开展中、低流量下的热工水力试验研究。 In this paper,the design method of the hollow cooler in the passive residual heat removal system of nuclear power was summarized and discussed.The analysis shows that aluminum fins have higher heat transfer performance and better economy than steel fins,and should be given priority in design.However,the nuclear air cooler is more common under high temperature conditions and the natural circulation driving force is larger,so in the case of aluminum fins are not applicable,the steel fins with lower fin efficiency but higher allowable temperature can also meet the design requirements,and the headlong wind speed can also be controlled above 1m/s.In addition,in order to accurately understand the different heat transfer and resistance characteristics of the air cooler with the change of core decay heat during the process of waste heat transfer,it was necessary to carry out thermal hydraulic tests at medium and low flow rates.
