摘要
配置储能可以有效降低新能源功率波动对微电网的影响。为充分考虑微电网中风光出力和负荷的不确定性,提出基于随机潮流与双层经济性指标的微电网储能优化配置方法。首先进行随机潮流计算,得出电网运行的功率分布的随机特征;然后将储能配置的经济性和电网运行的经济性相结合,构造双层经济性评价指标,以该指标最优为目标进行粒子群优化求解,确定最优储能配置方案;最后对比传统方案,所提的优化方案充分考虑微电网中风光出力和负荷的随机性,在降低储能配置成本的同时,可以减少电网运行损耗,提高电网运行的经济性。
The configuration of energy storage can effectively reduce the influence of new energy power fluctuation on microgrid.In order to fully consider the uncertainty of wind-power output and load in microgrid,this paper proposes an optimal allocation method of energy storage in microgrid based on stochastic power flow and double-layer economic index.In this method,random power flow calculation is carried out to obtain the random characteristics of power distribution in power grid operation.Then,the economy of energy storage configuration and the economy of power grid operation are combined to construct a double-layer economic evaluation index,and the optimal index is taken as the goal to solve the particle swarm optimization,so as to determine the optimal energy storage configuration scheme.Compared with the traditional scheme,the proposed optimization scheme fully considers the randomness of wind-power output and load in the microgrid,which can reduce the energy storage configuration cost,reduce the power grid operation loss and improve the economy of power grid operation.
