摘要
针对球磨机用无齿轮直驱环形永磁同步电机转速低、载荷重和转矩大的特点,介绍了一种环形转子支架的设计方法。首先,依据设计方案推算出转子支架的主要尺寸;然后,利用Creo软件建立了在承受固定载荷下的转子支架模型,确保整体结构的强度和刚度;最后,通过ANSYS有限元分析软件对转子支架进行仿真分析,验证设计方案的正确性和可行性。
In view of features of the low speed,heavy load and large torque of gearless direct-drive ring-type permanent magnet synchronous motors used in the ball mill,design method of the ring-type rotor bracket is introduced.Firstly,the main dimensions of the rotor bracket are calculated based on the design scheme.Then,the rotor bracket model under fixed load is established by the Creo software to ensure the strength and stiffness of the whole structure.Finally,the rotor bracket is simulated and analyzed by the ANSYS finite element analysis software,verifying the correctness and feasibility of the designed scheme.
