Predicaments and countermeasures of cultural revitalizationin propelling rural common prosperity

脱贫攻坚战的胜利为乡村小康社会的全面建成打下了坚实的物质基础。当前,全面推进乡村振兴必须坚持高质量内涵式发展,必须关注文化振兴,充分发挥文化建设在乡村共同富裕中的价值引领和文化生产力作用。然而,当前乡村文化的引领作用尚未得到充分发挥,文化特色优势尚未凸显,以文化振兴创造财富的能力尚待提高。对此,在乡村共同富裕的新征程上,基层政府必须大力解决好“文化贫困”的难题,改变乡村社会的“贫困亚文化”。未来乡村的全面振兴必须充分挖掘农耕文化资源,发展乡村文创产业,培养新型高素质职业农民,积极构建乡村共同富裕的文化氛围和动力机制。

The victory of the battle against poverty has laid a solid material foundation for completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all aspects in rural areas.At present,to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,efforts must be made to adhere to high-quality connotative development,pay attention to cultural revitalization,and give full play to the value guidance and cultural productivity of cultural construction in rural common prosperity.However,the leading role of rural culture has not yet been fully played,nor have the advantages of cultural characteristics been highlighted,leaving room for improvement of the ability to create wealth through cultural revitalization.In this regard,on the new journey of common prosperity in rural areas,grassroots governments must vigorously solve the problem of“cultural poverty”and change the“subculture of poverty”in rural society.In order to fully revitalize the rural areas in the future,it is imperative to fully tap the resources of farming culture,develop the rural cultural and creative industries,cultivate new high-quality professional farmers,and actively construct the cultural atmosphere and dynamic mechanism of common prosperity in rural areas.
