东南亚地区天然气能源安全评价研究

On energy security evaluation for natural gas in Southeast Asia

目前,许多国家都在积极地进行能源转型,低碳节能成为国际社会的主旋律。天然气作为一种低碳化石能源,受到大部分国家和地区的青睐和重视。在碳中和、绿色能源经济的时代背景下,东南亚地区天然气能源安全问题已经逐渐演变成该地区能源安全的核心问题。基于东南亚地区的天然气资源禀赋,对能源安全定义进行修正,构建东南亚地区天然气能源安全评价模型,采用集成模型对东南亚地区天然气能源安全进行评价,为区域天然气、石油安全评价研究提供一定借鉴;也为从天然气出口地位逐渐转变成天然气进口地位的一些国家、地区提供可借鉴的提高天然气能源安全的措施建议。针对东南亚天然气能源安全现状,提出保障中国天然气供应安全的建议。

At present,many countries are actively undergoing energy transition,and low-carbon energy conservation has become the main theme of the international community.Natural gas,as a low-carbon fossil energy source,is favored by most countries and regions.Under the background of carbon neutrality and green energy economy,the countries in Southeast Asia pay more attention to the energy security of natural gas.Based on the natural gas resource endowment of Southeast Asia,the definition of energy security is revised,and an evaluation model for natural gas energy security in Southeast Asia is constructed.An integrated model is used to evaluate the natural gas energy security in Southeast Asia,providing a certain reference for regional natural gas and oil security evaluation research;provide reference measures and suggestions for improving natural gas energy security for some countries and regions that have gradually transitioned from natural gas export status to natural gas import status.Finally,based on the current situation of natural gas energy security in Southeast Asia,suggestions are put forward to ensure the security of China's natural gas supply.
