渤中凹陷深层油气勘探录井技术进展及展望 被引量:2

摘要 渤中凹陷位于渤海海域中部,是渤海湾盆地面积和厚度较大、油气富集的凹陷,在其深层发现了多个大中型油气田。渤中凹陷深层油气勘探地质资料少、研究程度低、地质与工程条件复杂,在录井装备研发与资料解释应用方面面临巨大挑战。自“十三五”以来持续技术攻关,形成录井系列组合及配套装备、复杂岩性识别及储层评价、油气定量检测及解释评价、钻井工程监测与预警、井场信息一体化等录井关键技术。应用实践表明,在录井资料采集与处理、复杂储层评价、油气发现与评价、钻井复杂情况监测与预警方面起到重要的作用。针对深层油气勘探在新型作业模式创建、井场岩样“原位”连续测量、井下钻井工程参数实时测量及传输等对录井技术及装备的需求,在耐强振、耐高温、耐高压的井下录井装备,“井下-地面”岩样“原位”测量装备,“井场-陆地”一体化录井智能分析与决策系统研发中,实现关键录井技术及装备的自主创新,扎实推进海洋石油录井行业的高质量发展。 Bozhong Sag is located in the central of Bohai Sea area,and is the largest,thickest,and most enriched depression in Bohai Bay Basin.Multiple large and medium-sized oil and gas fields have been discovered in the deep layers of the depression.Deep oil&gas exploration has been limited by geological data,low research level,and complex geological and engineering con-ditions,posing the significant challenges in the development of mud logging equipment and data interpretation applications.Since the 13th Five Year Plans,continuous technical breakthroughs were made,forming key mud logging technologies such as mud logging series combination and supporting equipment,complex lithology identification and reservoir evaluation,quantitative detection and interpretation method of oil&gas,drilling engineering monitoring and early warning,and integration of well site information.The application practice indicates that it plays an important guarantee role in the collection and processing of deep oil and gas exploration data,complex reservoir evaluation,oil&gas discovery evaluation,and monitoring of drilling complexity.The construction of new operating modes,continuous in-situ measurement of well site rock samples,and real-time measurement and transmission of downhole drilling engineering parameters have put forward higher demands for mud logging in deep to ultra deep oil and gas exploration.It is proposed to deepen research on the development of downhole mud logging equipment that is resistant to strong vibration,high temperature,and high pressure,research on“downhole and ground”rock sample“in-situ”measurement equipment,and intelligent analysis and decision-making of“well site and land”integrated mud logging,in order to achieve independent innovation of key mud logging equipment and solidly promote the high-quality development of key tech-nologies for offshore oil mud logging.
