摘要
Hostalen ACP搅拌釜式高密度聚乙烯工艺,是通过加聚反应来合成高密度聚乙烯。通过研究该工艺聚合反应机理,可进一步明确影响聚合反应的主要因素为反应温度、反应压力、催化剂以及氢气与丁烯的进料控制,通过控制聚合反应的重要参数,可调整产品牌号,在反应出现波动时,根据反应机理能快速判断波动原因,进而保障装置的稳定生产。
The Hostalen ACP stirred tank type high-density polyethylene process is a synthesis of high-density polyethylene through an addition polymerization reaction.By studying the polymerization reaction mechanism of this process,it can be further clarified that the main factors affecting the polymerization reaction are reaction temperature,reaction pressure,and catalyst,hydrogen and butene feed control.By controlling important parameters of the polymerization reaction,product grades can be adjusted.When there are fluctuations in the reaction,the reason for the fluctuations can be quickly determined based on the reaction mechanism,thereby ensuring stable production of the device.
