摘要
埋地给水PE管是一种新型管材,具有良好的实用性和较长的寿命,常用于埋地供水管道安装工程。参考相关国家标准,采用5组不同热熔对接工艺参数对规格为DN315和DN110的2种聚乙烯供水管试样进行热熔对接对照试验并送检。结果显示,DN315的PE管在高温、短吸热时间情况下热熔情况良好,在低温、长吸热时间情况下会出现虚焊现象;DN110的PE管高温下易发生卷边高度不一致的问题,造成焊口碳化或孔洞,低温长时间热熔虚接发生概率不高,但操作时间延长。因此,现场施工操作中,应根据现场管径尺寸选择适宜的热熔对接工艺参数,以保证热熔对接质量、缩短操作时间、降低劳动强度、提高工作效率。
Buried water supply PE pipe is a new type of pipe material with good practicality and long service life,commonly used in the installation of buried water supply pipelines.Referring to relevant national standards,five sets of different hot melt docking process parameters were used to conduct hot melt docking control tests on two types of polyethylene water supply pipe samples with specifications of DN315 and DN110,and submitted for inspection.The results show that the PE pipe of DN315 performs well in hot melting under high temperature and short heat absorption time conditions,while there is a phenomenon of false soldering under low temperature and long heat absorption time conditions;Under high temperatures,DN110 PE pipes are prone to inconsistent curling heights,resulting in carbonization or voids at the welded joints.The probability of long-term hot melt virtual joints at low temperatures is not high,but the operation time is extended.Therefore,in on-site construction operations,appropriate parameters for hot melt docking should be selected based on the on-site pipe diameter size to ensure the quality of hot melt docking,shorten operation time,reduce labor intensity,and improve work efficiency.
