摘要
液化天然气的蒸发气(BOG)主要成分为甲烷,直接排放会对大气环境造成污染,同时也造成经济损失,宜通过适当的方式对其进行回收或利用。某LNG工厂采取重新压缩的方式对BOG进行回收利用,为降低安全生产风险、有效避免事故的发生,分析BOG回收过程中存在的风险和危险有害因素,并提出针对性的防范措施。
The main component of liquefied natural gas(BOG)is methane,and direct emissions can cause pollution to the atmospheric environment and economic losses.Therefore,it is advisable to recycle or utilize it in appropriate ways.A certain LNG factory adopts a recompression method to recycle BOG.In order to reduce safety production risks and effectively avoid accidents,the risks and hazardous factors in the BOG recycling process are analyzed,and targeted preventive measures are proposed.
