基于切片理论高低转速下斜齿轮仿真可靠性的研究

摘要 齿轮修形作为微米级的结构设计,其设计结果的可靠性不仅受主观修形量的影响,更受模拟仿真计算网格精度的影响。模拟仿真的可靠性是评判仿真结果可信度的重要指标。以某纯电动汽车二级减速器开发设计中的齿轮修形模拟仿真为例,探究修形齿轮网格模型划分,并以一组修形斜齿轮为基础对模拟仿真中的网格划分方法进行研究,确定齿面网格划分方法。分析了高低转速下齿宽和渐开线方向上网格数量变化对最大齿面接触应力、峰峰值传动误差以及齿面接触斑分布的影响。结果表明,最大齿面接触应力、峰峰值传动误差以及齿面接触斑分布的仿真精度对渐开线方向网格数量变化不敏感;齿面网格数量变化对高转速下的仿真精度影响较小,对低转速下的仿真精度影响较大;当齿宽方向网格数量小于80时,齿面接触斑分布随齿宽网格数量增加先增大后趋于平稳;当齿宽方向网格数量超过110时,最大齿面接触应力、峰峰值传动误差以及齿面接触斑均可获得可靠的仿真结果。 Gear modification is a micron-level structural design,and the reliability of the design results is not only affected by the subjective modification amount,but also by the mesh accuracy of simulation calculation.The reliability of simulation calculation is an important index to judge the credibility of simulation results.The simulation of gear modification in the development of a pure electric vehicle secondary reducer was taken as an example,the mesh model partition of modification gear was studied,and the meshing method in simulation calculation based on a group of the modified helical gear was studied,and the meshing method of tooth surface was confirmed.The effects of the change of mesh number in tooth width and involute direction on the maxmum Tooth Contact Stress(TCS),Peak to Peak Transmission Error(PPTE),and the distribution of Tooth Contact Pattern(TCP)at high and low rotational speeds were analyzed.The results show that the simulation accuracy of the maxmum TCS,PPTE,and TCP distribution were not sensitive to the change of the number of mesh in the involute direction;the change of tooth surface mesh number has little influence on the simulation accuracy at high speed,conversely,has great influence on the simulation accuracy at low speed;when the number of meshes in the direction of tooth width is less than 80,the TCP distribution on the tooth surface firstly increases and then tends to be stable with the increase of the number of meshes in the direction of tooth width;when the number of meshes in the direction of tooth width exceeds 110,reliable simulation results can be obtained for the maxmum TCS,PPTE,and TCP.
