摘要
目的:探讨数字素养与大学生就业能力的关系,并探究未来时间洞察力和生涯规划在其中的作用机制。方法:采用数字素养量表、未来时间洞察力量表、生涯规划量表和就业能力量表对569名大学生进行调查。结果:相关分析结果显示,数字素养、未来时间洞察力、生涯规划、就业能力两两之间均呈显著正相关(r=0.51~0.67,P<0.01)。链式中介作用表明,数字素养对大学生就业能力的直接效应显著(γ=0.21,P<0.001),未来时间洞察力和生涯规划在数字素养与大学生就业能力之间的单独中介效应、链式中介效应均显著(95%CI:0.02~0.13;0.10~0.22;0.07~0.14),分别占总效应的12.96%、29.63%、18.52%。结论:数字素养既能直接影响大学生的就业能力,也能通过未来时间洞察力和生涯规划间接影响大学生的就业能力。
Objective:To explore the relationship between digital literacy and college students'employability,and to explore the mechanism of future time perspective and career planning.Methods:A total of 569 college students were investigated with the digital literacy scale,future time perspective scale,career exploration scale and employability scale.Results:Correlation analysis showed that digital literacy,future time perspective,career planning,and employability were significantly correlated(r=0.51~0.67,P<0.01).A chain mediating effect analysis showed that the direct effect of digital literacy on college students'employability were significant(γ=0.21,P<0.001).The single mediating effect and chain mediating effect of future time perspective and career planning were all significant(95%CI:0.02~0.13;0.10~0.22;0.07~0.14),accounting for 12.96%,29.63%and 18.52%of the total effect respectively.Conclusion:Digital literacy can not only directly affect college students'employability,but also indirectly affect it through future time perspective and career planning.
