摘要
为实现绿色、生态、安全储粮,目前新建粮食储备库多采用低氧、低剂量、低温的气调储粮技术,但粮仓必须达到一定的气密性标准才能保证储粮效果。本文在阐述粮仓气密性必要性的基础上,结合工程实践,从仓型选择、结构分析、施工技术以及设备安装等方面对粮食仓储结构的气密性进行了综述,并提出相应控制措施,以期为粮食的长期安全储藏提供参考。
In order to achieve green,ecological,and safe grain storage,At present,the air-conditioned grain storage technology of low-oxygen,low-dose and low-temperature is used in the new grain storage mostly.However,the granary must meet air tightness standards to ensure the storage effect.On the basis of elaborating on the necessity of airtightness in grain storage,this article,combined with engineering practice,summarizes the airtightness of grain storage structures from the aspects of warehouse type selection,structural analysis,construction technology,and equipment installation,and proposes corresponding control measures to provide reference for long-term safe storage of grain.
