摘要 桂花是我国十大传统名花之一,兼具食用和药用价值。多糖是桂花的主要活性成分之一,从桂花、桂花叶和桂花果实中均可提取得到。众多研究证明植物多糖具有多种生物活性,如抗病毒、抗氧化、抗凝、抗癌、降血糖和增强免疫等。本文对桂花多糖的提取工艺、含量和组成的测定及其药理活性的研究进展进行综述,以期为桂花多糖的进一步研究和应用提供一定的思路及依据。 Osmanthus fragrans,one of the top ten traditional famous flowers in China,has both edible and medicinal values.Polysaccharide is one of the major active components of Osmanthus fragrans,which can be extracted from Osmanthus fragrans,its leaves and fruits.Numerous studies have proved that plant polysaccharides have various biological activities,such as antiviral,antioxidant,anticoagulant,anticancer,hypoglycemic and immune enhancement.In this review,we discuss the progress of the extraction process,determination of content and composition,pharmacological activity of Osmanthus fragrans polysaccharide,aiming to provide some ideas and basis for further research and application of Osmanthus fragrans polysaccharide.
