摘要 随着信息技术的发展,企业的生产经营活动日益复杂,对质量管理提出了更高的要求。为适应这一变化,酒类行业需要建立一套全面的质量管理体系,以保证产品质量的稳定性和可靠性。食品安全管理体系的数字化管理平台可以帮助企业实现从生产到销售的全过程质量管理,提高产品的安全性和有效性。同时,通过对数字化管理平台的应用,可以有效降低企业运营成本,提高企业的竞争力。目前,我国酒类企业质量和品牌建设正处于关键时期,需要借助科技手段提升企业的管理水平,实现高质量发展。在此背景下,建设白酒企业数字化管理平台势在必行,而且必须加快推进。 With the development of information technology,the production and operation activities of enterprises are becoming increasingly complex,posing higher requirements for quality management.To adapt to this change,the alcohol industry needs to establish a comprehensive quality management system to ensure the stability and reliability of product quality.The digital management platform of the food safety management system can help enterprises achieve quality management throughout the entire process from production to sales,improving the safety and effectiveness of products.At the same time,the application of digital management platforms can effectively reduce enterprise operating costs and improve their competitiveness.At present,the quality and brand building of Chinese Baijiu enterprises are in a critical period,and it is necessary to use technological means to improve the management level of enterprises and achieve high-quality development.In this context,the construction of a digital management platform for the Baijiu industry is imperative and must be accelerated.
