The Value and Implementation of Life Education in Food Safety Education in Universities

高校食品安全教育中,对大学生进行生命教育具有重要价值,但在实践中食品安全教育和生命教育间缺乏必要的联系,生命教育碎片化现象严重和过于依赖课堂教学,导致未能充分实现其具体价值。对此,应推动食品安全教育和生命教育有机整合,促进生命教育体系化和构建生命教育的多元实践平台,对当前高校食品安全教育中生命教育的路径机制进行优化与构建。

In food safety education in universities,it is of great value to provide life education to college students.However,in practice,there is a lack of connection between food safety education and life education.The over-fragmentation of life education and heavily reliance on classroom teaching result in the failure in fully realizing its specific values.In this regard,we should promote the organic integration of food safety education and life education,promote the systematization of life education,and build a diverse practical platform for life education.We should optimize and reconstruct the mechanism of delivering life education in current food safety education in universities.
