摘要
有机磷农药(Organophosphorus Pesticides,OPPs)作为一类高效广谱杀虫剂,能有效地保护农作物免受害虫侵害,增加作物产量,但其过量和不合理使用对生态安全和人体健康具有严重的危害。光学生物传感器因具有灵敏、快速、便携、成本低廉和环境友好等优点而受到越来越多研究人员的关注。本文主要对光学生物传感器检测有机磷农药的传感原理、分析条件及检测限进行了综述。
Organophosphorus pesticides(OPPs),as a class of highly efficient broad-spectrum pesticides,can effectively protect crops from pests and increase crop yield,but their excessive and irrational use has serious harm to ecological security and human health.Optical biosensors have attracted a lot of attention because of their unique and intriguing features,such as sensitivity,rapid,portability,low-cost and environmental-friendly.In this review,a detailed discussion was conducted on the principles,analytical conditions and properties of optical biosensors.
