摘要
目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定不同产地柴胡中重金属含量的方法,并对测定结果进行比较分析。方法:样品经过微波消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定柴胡中Pb、As、Cd、Hg、Cu的含量。结果:5种元素的标准曲线良好,相关系数r在0.9983~0.9999,加标回收率在97.30%~101.64%;不同产地柴胡中部分元素存在差异,但总体符合要求。结论:本方法简单、快捷、稳定,可同时测定柴胡中5种重金属元素。
Objective:To establish an ICP-MS method for the determination of heavy metal content in Bupleurum chinense from different regions,and to compare and analyze the determination results.Method:After microwave digestion,the contents of Pb,As,Cd,Hg and Cu in Bupleurum chinense were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The standard curves of the five elements were good,with the correlation coefficients r in the range of 0.9983~0.9999 and the spiked recoveries in the range of 97.30%~101.64%;there are differences in some elements of heavy metal content in Bupleurum chinense from different regions,but overall it meets the requirements.Conclusion:This method is simple,fast,and stable,and can simultaneously determine 5 heavy metal elements in Bupleurum chinense.
