MULTI-DIMENSIONAL IOT HEALTH DATA SERVICE FRAMEWORKBASED ON BLOCKCHAIN

摘要 为解决物联网上医疗健康数据的隐私性和安全性等问题,提出一种基于区块链的多维度物联网健康数据服务框架。在物联网中引入(Elliptic Curve Qu-Vanstone, ECQV)隐式证书,通过分布式账本来验证隐式证书的有效性;使用该证书来实现IoT、多接入边缘计算(Multi-Access Edge Computing, MEC)数据隐私和安全性;使用区块链的智能合约来处理与证书相关的操作,开发基于智能合约的威胁评分机制来自动撤销证书;使用MEC进一步将存储卸载功能附加到区块链上,以确保将大量已连接的设备连接到云的可扩展性。该文的框架特征优于现有其他物联网框架。 In order to solve the problems of the exclusiveness and security of medical and health data on the Internet of Things,a multi-dimensional Internet of Things health data service framework based on blockchain is proposed.The Elliptic Curve Qu-Vanstone(ECQV)implicit certificate was introduced into the IoT,and the validity of the implicit certificate was verified by the distributed ledger.The certificate was used to implement privacy and security of IoT and multi-access edge computing(MEC)data.The smart contract of blockchain was used to deal with certificate related operations,and a threat scoring mechanism based on smart contract was developed to automatically revoke the certificate.MEC was used to further attach the storage offload function to the blockchain to ensure the scalability of connecting a large number of connected devices to the cloud.The proposed framework features were better than other existing IoT frameworks.
