在工程实践中除了专业工程暂估价项目设置具有模糊性的问题之外,还常常遇到专业工程项目招标控制价中的暂估价确定方法不具有规范性的问题。本文将首先研究分析专业工程暂估价项目暂估价的组价成分,再对专业工程暂估价的确定方法做进一步的研究解析,继而从不同种类的专业工程暂估价项目中分析专业工程暂估价的确定依据,给出建议的专业工程暂估价确定方法。

In engineering practice,in addition to the issue of ambiguity in the setting of professional engineering provisional estimate projects,there is also a common problem of non-standard methods for determining provisional estimate in the bidding control price of professional engineering projects.In this paper,we will firstly study and analyze the components of the provisional valuation of professional engineering provisional valuation projects,and then do further research and analysis on the method of determining the provisional valuation of professional engineering,and then analyze the basis of determining the provisional valuation of professional engineering from different kinds of provisional valuation of professional engineering projects,and give the proposed method of determining the provisional valuation of professional engineering.
