摘要
货叉材料的选择影响叉车的承载能力、使用安全和制造成本。在当前国内货叉实际生产状况下,通过将货叉本体材料由35CrMo更换成40Cr,并调整与改进40Cr货叉本体与20Cr滑块的焊接工艺参数。经检测,货叉焊接质量满足技术条件要求,货叉制造的材料成本明显降低,经济效益显著提升。
The selection of fork materials affects the forklift's load-bearing capacity,safety during use,and manufacturing costs.In the current domestic forklift production situation,by replacing the fork body material from 35CrMo to 40Cr,and adjusting and improving the welding process parameters of the 40Cr fork body and the 20Cr slider,based on the test results,the forklift's welding quality meets the technical requirements,the material cost of forklift manufacturing has also significantly reduced,leading to a significant improvement in economic benefits.
