摘要
为解决传统混凝土路基边坡结构耐久性差、施工缓慢、构件“粗苯厚重”的问题,以实际工程为依托,结合UHPC新材料,通过技术创新、结构设计、性能测试和施工工艺等研究UHPC装配式路基边坡拱形骨架结构在工程中的应用。研究成果可形成成套的路基边坡结构生产与施工新工艺,减少现场施工作业人员,有效提升工程品质,为UHPC材料在小型预制构件中的应用提供新方向。
In order to solve the problems of poor durability,slow construction and"thick benzene"of traditional concrete roadbed slope structure,based on practical projects and combined with UHPC new materials,the application of UHPC prefabricated roadbed slope arch skeleton structure in engineering was studied through technical innovation,structural design,performance testing and construction technology.The research results can form a complete set of new technology for the production and construction of roadbed slope structure,reduce the on-site construction workers,effectively improve the quality of the project,and provide a new direction for the application of UHPC materials in small prefabricated components.
